Natural Stone Tiling

ABM Tiling has been working with natural stone since 2001, from tiling a kitchen floor with Welsh slate to tiling 130m2 of onyx mosaics in a swimming pool. With natural stone every tile has its own texture and colour, ensuring a unique look to your project. Using natural stone for your project elevates the site from utilitarian to a work of art.

Natural stone is nearly always more expensive to buy than reproductions and respectively is more expensive to install. However, if you are looking for a totally original and authentic look then there is no substitute.

There are now many excellent quality glazed porcelain reproductions of natural stone available.

Marble looks fantastic on walls, work surfaces and floors. However, marble is rarely used outside of the bathroom as it is as soft stone and is easily damaged. There are now excellent ‘marble effect’ porcelain reproductions which can be used anywhere including areas of heavy traffic such as entrance halls & lobbies whilst still retaining its shine.
