Project Overview

The Perfume Factory redevelopment at 140 Wales Farm Road sets a new benchmark for student living in London. This landmark scheme delivers 603 studio and twin bedrooms providing 729 beds across blocks rising to 31 storeys – creating the tallest traditional masonry tower in the UK. An additional 85 private residential units complete the mix. Led by Ardmore Construction for Imperial College London, the project combines architectural ambition with innovative construction techniques, including a climbing screen system for façade access. The result will be one of London’s most desirable purpose-built student accommodation and residential destinations in the heart of North Acton’s regeneration zone.
