Project Overview

The latest phase of the Battersea Power Station regeneration in Wandsworth will deliver 386 high-quality homes for shared ownership and affordable rent, alongside a new NHS medical centre and 12,000 sq ft of flexible workspace for local entrepreneurs. Designed by award-winning architects Patel Taylor, the £120 million development comprises seven blocks rising to 18 storeys, arranged around a landscaped garden square and inspired by London’s classic redbrick mansion blocks. This landmark scheme continues the transformation of one of London’s most recognisable icons into a vibrant new neighbourhood.

ABM Tiling's Role

ABM Tiling Limited has been selected by Ardmore Construction to deliver the complete tiling package on this prestigious phase of Battersea Power Station. As experienced tiling subcontractors in London, we are preparing detailed tenders covering all residential apartments, communal areas, the NHS medical centre and commercial workspaces. Our scope will include wall and floor tiling to the highest standards using specified large-format porcelain and ceramic tiles from leading UK and European suppliers. Working with one of the UK’s largest family-owned Tier 1 contractors, ABM brings proven expertise on schemes of this scale, offering cost certainty through our fixed-price approach and a dedicated contracts team focused on programme delivery and quality assurance.
