Meet The Team

Senior Buyer
Jasmine Joye
Jasmine Joye, our Senior Buyer, has been with ABM Tiling for two years, steering our procurement strategy with skill and precision. Her expertise in managing supplier relationships ensures we source top-quality materials efficiently and cost-effectively, keeping every project on track. When she’s not securing the best tiles for our clients, Jasmine enjoys unwinding with a good book and a cup of tea - though she’s convinced her tea leaves predict our next big order.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Amir Pardaz
Amir Pardaz, our Senior Quantity Surveyor, has been with ABM Tiling for two years, steadily progressing from Quantity Surveyor to a key role managing project timelines and budgets. His approach ensures every job—from large commercial spaces to bespoke tiling installations—is delivered on time and within budget, keeping both clients and teams in sync. Outside of work, Amir is a bit of a food enthusiast, known for claiming he can spot a good project the same way he spots a great meal—balanced, well-prepped, and with no surprises on the bill.

Junior Quantity Surveyor
Jing Shi
Jing is our newest Junior Quantity Surveyor! Joining the ABM Tiling crew with a shiny MSc in Construction Cost Management from the University of Reading and a top-tier BE in Project Management from Jinling Institute of Technology, Jing’s all about nailing budgets with precision. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s hitting the fairway, learning golf, and swinging into our team’s lively banter!

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Kyle Bennett-Amoako
Kyle Bennett-Amoako, our Senior Quantity Surveyor, has been with ABM Tiling for eight years, rising from his start as a quantity surveyor to become the financial backbone of our projects. With a sharp eye for numbers, he ensures every job - from commercial refits to bespoke designs - stays on budget and delivers value. When he’s not crunching figures, Kyle enjoys spending time with his young family, making memories in and around Milton Keynes - and swears his kids’ Lego budgets are harder to manage than ours!

Contracts Manager
Martin Toye
Martin Toye, our Contracts Manager, has been with ABM Tiling for seven years, bringing a wealth of industry experience to every project. He keeps our jobs running smoothly, balancing efficiency with the high standards our clients expect, and thrives in the variety and teamwork that define our crew. When he’s not managing contracts, Martin’s pedalling through Surrey’s lanes, chasing his next cycling adventure - and claims he could tile a path faster than he rides it!

Business Systems Manager
Daniel Stephenson
Daniel Stephenson is our Business Systems Manager. He has been with ABM Tiling since 2018, returning recently after a short break to continue shaping our operations. Daniel plays a key role in implementing and optimising the company’s online business systems and AI integration. Outside of work, he is a big NFL and Chelsea FC fan and loves firing up the BBQ.

Contracts Manager
Jake Bentley MA
Jake Bentley, our newly promoted Contracts Manager, has been with ABM Tiling for two years, starting as a quantity surveyor before stepping up to oversee our projects. His knack for organisation and fresh perspective ensures every job runs seamlessly, from planning to completion, across Surrey and beyond. When he’s not keeping contracts on track, Jake’s either swimming laps, riding his bike, or hitting the gym to stay energised- and insists his playlist is the real secret to his stamina.

Project Manager
Nick Litchfield
Nick Litchfield, our Project Manager, joined ABM Tiling a year ago, bringing extensive experience in landscaping and project management to oversee our site-related operations. His expertise ensures smooth coordination and top-notch execution on every project, from commercial sites to new build residential sites across Greater London and the UK. In his free time, Nick enjoys playing field hockey, cheering for cricket, and making cherished memories with his daughters - who he claims are tougher critics than any client!

Project Manager
Ben Carter
Ben Carter, our Project Manager, stepped into the role a year ago after honing his skills as a tiler with ABM Tiling for several years, bringing hands-on expertise to the team. His great attitude and cool headedness keep projects flowing smoothly, even under tight deadlines, across London and nationwide projects. In his free time, Ben’s on a mission to find London’s best soft plays, making fun memories with his young daughter—and secretly hoping she’ll rate his tiling skills higher than the slides!

Project Manager
Kenny Hall-Savage
Kenny Hall-Savage is Junior Project Manager at ABM Tiling. A dedicated footballer and lifelong Chelsea supporter, he brings real team spirit and a collaborative approach to every project he works on.
Whether he’s on site or catching up with the lads, football is never far from the conversation. And yes - his favourite song is Blue Moon. We’re still trying to work out how a true Blue ends up with the Citizens’ anthem on repeat, but the banter makes the day go quicker! ⚽💙
Kenny’s reliability and positive presence are already proving a great addition to the ABM team as we deliver quality tiling work across London and beyond.

Director
Andy McNicol
Andy McNicol, our Director, founded ABM Tiling in 2008 and has since guided the company with a hands-on approach, leading our technical team to tackle the toughest tiling challenges. His innovative solutions have built our reputation for quality across the South East and London, from complex installs to bespoke designs. A former British Champion, Andy now spends his free time soaring through the skies paragliding or carving the slopes skiing - rumour has it, he once tiled a ski lodge mid-descent!

Director
Gregory Rinaldi
Gregory Rinaldi has been a Director at ABM Tiling since 2014, teaming up with Andy McNicol to transform the business from a sole trader outfit into the thriving company it is today. Together, they’ve driven growth year after year, fostering a fun yet hardworking culture that defines our team in London. In his free time, Gregory captures life through photography, hikes the outdoors, and cherishes moments with his family - often joking he’s still searching for a lens wide enough to fit all his kids’ energy.
