ABM Tiling has been engaged to deliver comprehensive specialist tiling services across the residential and communal areas of 55 West Ealing. Our scope encompasses internal finishes to bathrooms, en-suites, wet rooms, and communal corridors throughout both towers, utilising premium Pyro & Echo ceramic tiles (Civic Centre Cement range) paired with Kerakoll adhesives and grout systems—selected for their durability and aesthetic consistency across the mixed-tenure scheme. Our work includes substrate preparation, specialist waterproofing and tanking in wet areas, and precision levelling to ensure long-term performance in high-traffic communal spaces and residential units.
