Spearheaded by Greystar and designed by a collaborative team including Kohn Pedersen Fox, Hawkins\Brown, and HTA, this development will deliver 359 high-quality rental homes—309 in a 10-storey linked complex (Blocks 1-4) and 50 in a 7-storey structure (Block 5)—catering to private and intermediate rent markets. Beyond residences, it introduces resident-focused amenities such as private gardens, a rooftop padel court, state-of-the-art gym, remote working lounges, and a vibrant community centre, all within 300 metres of Bermondsey Underground Station.
Sustainability is at its core, targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating and Home Quality Mark Level 4 through innovations like green roofs, prefabricated bathroom pods, and an ecological uplift of 799%. By honouring the area's industrial heritage with nods to railway arches, the project fosters inclusive public spaces, enhanced connectivity, and a thriving economic hub that integrates seamlessly with Bermondsey's evolving character.
