Project Overview

Brent Cross Town Plot 15 is a pivotal residential element within the £8bn Brent Cross Town masterplan, developed by Related Argent in partnership with Barnet Council. Overlooking Claremont Park, this phase delivers 276 high-quality homes—including 229 market-sale apartments and maisonettes plus 50 affordable social rented units—across four buildings ranging from 2 to 14 storeys. Ground-floor retail units and resident amenities such as a gym, lounge, garden kitchen, cycle storage, communal courtyards, podium gardens, and roof terraces foster a community-oriented environment.

Designed by dRMM architects, the scheme emphasises sustainability, natural ventilation, and robust materials like brick and glazed elements for long-term appeal. Construction commenced in September 2025, with ongoing progress transforming the site into a net-zero neighbourhood, enhancing urban regeneration in northwest London amid broader milestones like Neighbourhood Square's opening.

ABM Tiling's Role

Marking our first collaboration with Midgard for Related Argent, ABM Tiling will deliver specialised amenities tiling London services for the premium resident facilities at Brent Cross Town Plot 15. Our scope includes over 2,200 sqm of intricate installations in high-traffic areas like the gym, WCs, and communal spaces, featuring Domus porcelain from the Time range in checkerboard patterns (e.g., DTIM Rough and Smooth combinations with anti-slip sealers for safety) and Cromie technical stone in formats up to 672 x 333 mm. We will utilise 3mm epoxy grout for superior durability and hygiene in wet zones, alongside Solus Peninsula porcelain accents.

With most samples received and approvals progressing, our expertise ensures precise layouts, R10+ slip ratings (PTV 36+), and seamless integration with the project’s luxurious design. This appointment underscores ABM’s proficiency as epoxy grout specialists, contributing to the development’s high-end, sustainable finishes while adhering to rigorous timelines and quality standards set by dRMM architects.
