This iconic 18th-century property, once home to notable figures, spans over 90-95 Piccadilly, 10-12 White Horse Street, and 42 Half Moon Street. The project emphasises preserving heritage while integrating modern amenities, including high-end interiors for back of house areas like restrooms, pantries, and changing facilities.

With a focus on premium materials such as hand-painted ceramic tiles and honed non-slip porcelain, the works ensure durability and elegance. Set for completion in phases, this redevelopment will elevate London's hospitality scene, blending historical charm with contemporary luxury.

ABM Tiling's Role

As specialist tiling contractors, ABM Tiling Limited has been appointed to deliver comprehensive back of house tiling solutions across multiple levels of Cambridge House. Our scope includes installing over 775 m² of premium tiles, from glazed chroma range walls in restrooms to honed crosswood porcelain floors in pantries and changing areas, all meeting stringent slip resistance standards (PTV 36). We will handle intricate patterns like checkboard designs in burgundy and white, sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Ceramique du Beaujolais and Domus.

This luxury tiling London project demands precision in wet and dry environments, incorporating splashbacks, skirtings, and specialised finishes for serveries and showers. Our experienced team will ensure seamless integration with the main contractor's timeline, prioritising quality craftsmanship to support the building's prestigious transformation into a world-class venue.
