Designed by Ben Adams Architects, the scheme emphasises contemporary aesthetics while preserving the building’s heritage. Key enhancements feature new mechanical and electrical systems, redesigned WCs with premium fixtures, and innovative ceiling designs. With a focus on sustainability and functionality, this refurbishment aims to create high-quality, flexible workspaces that attract top-tier tenants in London’s financial district.

ABM Tiling's Role

ABM Tiling Limited has been appointed to deliver specialised commercial tiling London services for this landmark refurbishment. Our scope encompasses the supply and installation of premium materials across multiple areas, including natural stone flooring in the reception using Pietra Lero Beige and Crema Perla Stone for walls, ensuring a luxurious and durable finish. In the WCs and shower facilities, we will install Branco Estremoz resin-based terrazzo tiles for floors and Pyro Echo Sweet Bars in Royal Green Gloss for walls, providing slip-resistant, aesthetically pleasing surfaces.

Terraces and colonnades will feature matte-finished Pietra Lero Beige tiles, enhancing outdoor spaces with weather-resistant qualities. Our expert team will coordinate closely with Mica Projects to meet stringent timelines, adhering to BS 5385 standards for impeccable jointing and grouting. This project highlights our proficiency in handling complex commercial tiling London requirements, from substrate preparation to final polishing, guaranteeing long-term performance and visual appeal.
