Project Overview

Edwards Street Quarter will establish a new benchmark for mixed-use regeneration in Brighton. Designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman and landscaped by Spacehub, the scheme delivers 15,800 m² of contemporary Grade A office space alongside 168 high-quality homes, independent retail and hospitality units, and three generous new public squares. Inspired by Brighton’s creative character, the development creates an inclusive, activated neighbourhood that connects the city’s cultural districts. Led by McLaren Construction for Legal & General, the project prioritises exceptional build quality and sustainable placemaking throughout.

ABM Tiling's Role

ABM Tiling brings proven expertise in large-scale mixed-use schemes to Edwards Street Quarter. Our scope spans porcelain and ceramic wall and floor finishes across office lobbies, residential apartments, retail units and external public realm. Working in direct partnership with leading European manufacturers including Florim, Marazzi and Casalgrande Padana, we supply and install large-format porcelain, terrazzo-effect tiles and bespoke natural stone solutions that meet the project’s exacting aesthetic and performance requirements. Every package benefits from our in-house design coordination, logistics excellence and specialist fixing teams.
