Nestled at the dynamic core of Hackney Wick, Hackney Yards represents a transformative phase in the area's masterplan, blending innovative architecture with community-centric design. This £75 million development, spearheaded by Notting Hill Genesis alongside the London Legacy Development Corporation, delivers four distinct brick-clad blocks spanning three sites, including pioneering over-station structures reaching eight storeys. With 190 mixed-tenure affordable homes—31 for London Affordable Rent and 159 for Shared Ownership—the scheme emphasises spacious, high-spec interiors that exceed national space standards by 5%. 


Complementing the residences, over 4,000 square metres of flexible commercial space will foster retail, leisure, and low-cost workspaces, injecting vitality into Hackney Wick's celebrated creative quarter. By integrating pedestrian-friendly yards and canal-side amenities, Hackney Yards not only revitalises a post-industrial legacy but also promotes sustainable urban living, enhancing connectivity and cultural vibrancy in East London.

Our scope encompasses durable porcelain tiling for residential kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas in 190 units, alongside robust ceramic and porcelain solutions for high-footfall commercial zones exceeding 4,000 square metres. 


Working in partnership with trusted suppliers Domus, Solus, Johnsons, Verona, and Nicholls and Clarke, we are specifying versatile porcelain ranges like large-format Narvik and Stavanger with natural grip finishes, satin-finish modular ceramics in Artic Blue and Water Green, alongside heritage-inspired white glossy ceramics and plain colour wall tiles. These selections ensure aesthetic cohesion, low-maintenance performance, and sustainability, aligning with the development's ethos of cost-effective, premium-quality finishes that withstand urban demands while minimising disruption on multi-site builds.
