Scope of Tiling Works

Our comprehensive tiling remit supports the project's diverse requirements, from intimate residential interiors to expansive commercial and public realms. Drawing on Ardmore's precise construction timelines, we deliver installations that prioritise durability, aesthetic cohesion, and practical performance across:

• Residential Interiors: Tailored porcelain and ceramic applications in 190 mixed-tenure affordable units, including 31 affordable rent homes and 159 shared ownership residences, to create welcoming, low-maintenance environments in kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.

• Commercial and Leisure Zones: Robust flooring and wall solutions for over 4,000 square metres of versatile space, encompassing retail outlets, community facilities, leisure areas, and low-cost workspaces, designed for high footfall and ease of upkeep.

• Public and Outdoor Features: Weather-resistant tiling for landscaped public realms, roof terraces, and podiums, enhancing connectivity and outdoor living while complementing the scheme's brick-clad architecture.
