Project Overview

The Hammersmith & Fulham Civic Campus transforms the iconic Grade II-listed Town Hall into a vibrant, future-ready civic hub. Ardmore leads this landmark £155 million scheme, sensitively restoring heritage fabric while delivering a striking 4,500 m² three-storey Glass Box extension elevated on dramatic 15-metre stilts. The project creates over 15,000 m² of modern office and public space, 204 new homes, and more than 10,000 m² of commercial floorspace. A newly enclosed courtyard, scenic glazed lift, and link bridges seamlessly connect old and new, setting a new benchmark for heritage-led regeneration in the capital.

Our scope delivers premium, large-format porcelain and ceramic finishes to washrooms, circulation areas, and public realms in both the restored heritage Town Hall and the contemporary Glass Box extension. Working exclusively with leading European manufacturers including Porcelanosa, Marazzi, and Florim, we supply and install high-performance rectified porcelain, anti-slip floor tiles, and bespoke wall cladding systems that meet the exacting aesthetic and durability demands of a landmark public building.
