Project Overview

ABM Tiling partners with Ardmore Construction to deliver precision tiling solutions for the transformative Hornsey Town Hall regeneration. This Grade II* listed Art Deco icon in Crouch End emerges as a dynamic hub, featuring a state-of-the-art arts centre with performance venues, co-working spaces, restaurants, cafés, and flexible event areas. Dorsett Hospitality International introduces a sophisticated 68-room hotel spanning four floors, preserving original ironmongery and full-height timber panelling for timeless elegance. Adjacent, 146 premium homes rise in two new blocks, a mews, and the restored Broadway annex, echoing the building's geometric metal balustrades and layered brickwork. Enhanced public grounds foster community vitality, ensuring this 1935 landmark inspires future generations. ABM Tiling commits to seamless integration of heritage-sensitive finishes across commercial, hospitality, and residential zones, upholding uncompromising standards in every linear metre and m².

ABM Tiling's Role

As specialist tiling contractors London, ABM Tiling elevates the Hornsey Town Hall project with bespoke solutions tailored for its heritage-rich mixed-use vision. We deploy cutting-edge techniques to install porcelain and ceramic tiles in high-traffic arts and event spaces, ensuring durability meets aesthetic precision. Supplier partnerships with leading innovators like Porcelanosa and Ragno deliver premium large-format porcelain for hotel lobbies and suites, capturing Art Deco subtlety through matte and textured finishes. Natural stone categories, including marble and limestone, enhance restaurant and café flooring, while anti-slip ceramic variants secure co-working and residential wet areas. Our teams coordinate mosaic accents for feature walls, integrating seamlessly with the building's modernist lines. This collaboration underscores ABM Tiling's expertise in scalable, sustainable installations—leveraging low-VOC adhesives and recycled-content tiles—to future-proof performance across 23,283 m² of diverse environments. Main contractors trust us for timelines that align with regeneration excellence.
