Project Overview

Located in Lambeth, the Kennington Lane project is a nine-storey student accommodation featuring 185 bedrooms and top-tier amenities like study areas, a laundry room, and communal spaces. A ground-floor community café, cycle parking, an amenity terrace, and thoughtful landscaping round out the design. Built with a concrete frame and brick façade, this BREEAM ‘Excellent’ development incorporates sustainable features, including HG Construction’s innovative off-site bathroom pods.

Despite logistical challenges from surrounding red routes, HG’s community team has worked closely with Transport for London (TfL) to secure pit lanes, ensuring smooth deliveries while minimising disruption to nearby residents.
