Minavil House represents a flagship regeneration scheme in Alperton that transforms a former commercial site into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The striking 27-storey tower delivers 251 new homes – including 200 shared-ownership and 51 affordable rent units – alongside ground-floor retail, a supermarket, flexible workspace and secure resident parking. Built with a robust RC frame and high-performance breathable rainscreen façade incorporating fire-resistant CEMBRIT cladding, the development sets new standards for safety, sustainability and urban living in West London. ABM Tiling secures the complete internal and external tiling package across residential, amenity and commercial areas.

ABM Tiling partners with leading main contractors to deliver precision tiling solutions on London’s most ambitious high-rise and mixed-use projects. At Minavil House we specify and install premium large-format porcelain, ceramic wall and floor tiles together with natural stone finishes throughout bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, lobbies and retail entrances. Working exclusively with trusted European suppliers including Porcelanosa, Marazzi and Casalgrande Padana, our scope covers fully coordinated wet-room systems, off-site pod integration and complex geometric external soffits. Every installation meets the highest British Standards for slip resistance, water resistance and durability in high-traffic residential environments.
