This 350-bed development, forward-funded by Q Investment Partners (QIP) in partnership with HG Living, is set to redefine student living in one of the UK’s most vibrant university cities.

As part of this high-quality project, ABM Tiling will bring our expertise to the communal areas, contributing to a development that includes a mix of studio and cluster flats, along with standout amenities such as a gym, study rooms, cinema room, and an external courtyard. Located in a bustling urban quarter near Newcastle University’s 24-acre ‘Newcastle Helix’ innovation district, this scheme is perfectly positioned to serve the city’s growing student population of over 50,000.
