ABM Tiling Limited has been awarded the specialist internal tiling package for the prestigious 65 Holborn Viaduct student accommodation scheme in the City of London. This landmark purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development will deliver 669 high-quality bedrooms for students at leading universities including the London School of Economics, King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London.

The 14-storey building (plus two-storey basement) features contemporary architecture, a rooftop terrace with views of St Paul’s Cathedral, prefabricated bathroom pods, unitised façades and extensive public realm enhancements. Off-site manufacturing accelerates the programme while minimising disruption in this high-profile central London location. The scheme also includes affordable workspace for creative businesses and is targeted for practical completion in August 2027.

Working under main contractor McAleer & Rushe for developer Dominus, ABM Tiling will install durable, high-performance porcelain tiles from Domus Group.
