ABM Tiling Secures Major Tiling Package on Ardmore’s Tribeca Development

What the Tribeca Tiling Scope Covers

The brief is comprehensive and reflects the premium finish expected throughout the development. Our team will be supplying and installing wall and floor porcelain tiles across hundreds of bathrooms, ensuites, WC cores, changing facilities, and open-plan lobby areas.

Key elements of our works include:

• Large-format porcelain wall tiling

  • including 1200 × 600 mm and 1198 × 598 mm Domus tiles for residential bathroom walls, creating that clean, contemporary look contractors and architects love.

• Mosaic feature walls

  • Using Domus ANT 25 Brillante and Seta Danse mosaics (both 25 × 25 mm and 12 × 12 mm formats) in shower areas and WC cores for added visual impact.

• High-spec floor finishes

  • 600 × 1200 mm and 797 × 797 mm porcelain from Solus Topography White Grain and Domus Lithos ranges, complete with matching tiled skirtings and aluminium trims.

• Robust waterproofing

  • Full Dukkaboard liquid tanking system to shower zones and uncoupling membrane across bathroom and changing room floors for long-term performance.

• Precision detailing

  • Genesis and Schlüter aluminium trims throughout, plus movement joints and stainless-steel angles where required.

Across the blocks we’re delivering over 3,300 m² of wall tiling and more than 1,500 m² of floor tiling – all installed to the exacting standards Ardmore demands on its flagship projects.
